A self appointed food reviewer whose mission it is to share with the world wonderful dishes I've enjoyed at our local eating establishments. OK, well, why limit it to that? I'll include places I've been to that aren't local and even my own kitchen! After all, that is my standard: is it better than I can make it or not?
And sometimes I come up with what I think are great recipe adaptations for the lactose intolerant. My approach towards cooking is healthful without compromising on flavor.
When I started this blog in 2008, I tried to gather together a team of writers for this blog, but the others never got around to posting. Rather than abandoning it altogether (hey, I love food too much to do so), I've decided to continue on solo.
So, consider this blog to be about food and all that is good about it.
P.S. I will only write and post about the food if it was a good experience. I won't post a negative review-if it wasn't that good, I just won't write about it. It's as simple as that. If you are a restaurant owner and would like me to critique your food and even your wait staff, I'd be happy to! As a general rule of thumb, I will only review independently owned restaurants.
